We’ve Moved!

Exciting times are on the horizon for our design coop as we embark on a time of expansion and growth. We’re thrilled to announce our move to a larger and more inspiring office space, nestled within the artistic surroundings of The Minories Gallery over on East Hill, Colchester. We’re currently undergoing expansion within the coop; both within the team, and our position within the larger creative community.

The Minories is not just a space; it’s a community that has inspired generations since its inception. The gallery is rich with artistic history and set amongst stunning grounds, just to the north of Colchester’s Firstsite gallery. Moving into The Minories is not just about having more square footage; it’s about creating an environment that fosters collaboration, innovation, and a sense of community. With open workspaces, breakout areas, and collaborative zones, we’re now in the heart of Colchester’s creative community.

As part of our commitment to the local community, we’re excited to engage with the vibrant artistic scene that surrounds The Minories. Collaborative projects, workshops, and events are in the pipeline to bring together artists, designers, and thinkers. A number of upcoming events (including our very own housewarming!) are lined up, so keep your eyes peeled on social media and eventbrite for more information.

While we’re getting used to our current expansion, we’re also keeping an eye on the future. Our vision includes transforming our space into a hub for creativity and collaboration. In the coming months, we plan to introduce co-working options and desk space rental, opening our doors to like-minded individuals and businesses who share our passion for creativity. The Minories will not only be our home, but a shared space for creative minds to converge.

       

We’ll be opening our doors on the 30th of November as part of our moving in party, and you can let us know here if you want to join us for pizza and drinks.
